Alright. The website has changed a little bit; it's still a holding page, but now there's more to do. It's got a link to this blog (or should at least), and a link to the facebook page. Also, if anyone wants to see what we've got going on so far, we have a teaser of the hoodie we'll be dropping with our first run: www.caketyme.com/hoodie.php . If you like it, snatch one up, because we're only going to be getting 10 in the first time around. We're going to have 3 or 4 t-shirt designs as well, and those will be posted as they are finalized. First run should be in by December at the very very latest. ALSO the myspace will be up and running by next week. I'll post the link once it's all done. I guess that's it for now.

What is done so far? What still needs to be done?

Well so far we have several solid designs, a shiny new corporate logo (thanks to Derek), and we know who we're getting our shirts printed through. The URL has been purchased, we just haven't gotten around to building the site itself yet. We've got a facebook page! Just search Cake Tyme, and when you find it, add yourself as a fan! That'd be killer.

On the horizon, we still need to finalize the LLC to protect our personal assets later on. We need to decide how many shirts we're doing for the first run, what colors we want for them, and what kind of shirts we want to print on. We're kicking around the idea of letting everyone vote on a handful of designs before every run, and then printing up the one that wins as a limited run. That'll be after the website gets set up, of course. If things keep going the way they are, the website will be up within a month or two, and our first batch of shirts should be available some time this winter!
